Hi! Welcome to my profile and congratulations on taking the first step towards a new journey. It is never too late to consider and/or begin therapy. I am a firm believer that we are not meant to figure out this rollercoaster of a life alone. Each and everyday is a new opportunity to learn and improve. It is not always easy to turn to our friends and loved ones about the daily stressors that we navigate. However, as your future therapist, I will provide the safe space for you to detail matters that mean the most to you.

 

As a new Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I would like to collaboratively assist you with understanding your story and what it is that you need to continue to show up as the best version of yourself. I have been in the social work field for about 4 years. I have expertise in case management, solution focused therapy, career consulting, grief therapy and serving with the adult population.
