For over two decades, I have worked in the mental health field. I have experience with all ages and a variety of settings. Using person-centered and strengths-based perspectives, I provide a safe environment to support you in reaching your goals. I believe that each person and each situation is unique. A symptom/ diagnosis should not define an individual or the specific modality to be used. Therefore, I will meet you where you are in the change process and provide treatment based on your goals for change. By recognizing that you are the expert in your own life, success is obtained through meaningful growth leading to sustainable change.

 

I have a passion for working with individuals struggling with substance use/ addiction, as I can relate. I know what it is like to be the person seeking help for an issue that impacts all aspects of life. I understand how hard it is to become and stay clean/sober, yet I am also proof that it is possible!
