Life can feel like a lot to handle, especially when you’re facing anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), or struggles in relationships. Whether you’re a teenager figuring out who you are, a young adult struggling with their self-esteem, or just struggling to adjust to life’s difficult changes and challenges, therapy can be a powerful step toward feeling more grounded and in control.

I work with individuals ages 15 and up, using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and psychoeducation. With a trauma-informed lens, I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported as we work through life’s challenges.

My style is warm, collaborative, and direct—I’ll meet you with empathy and compassion while helping you explore new ways to approach what’s weighing you down. Together, we’ll develop practical tools, uncover strengths, and work toward meaningful, lasting change that feels right for you.

Seeking support can be a difficult yet big step, and it’s one that shows strength and self-awareness. If you’re ready to take the next step in your journey, I’m here to walk with you every step of the way
